Ljungholm Boström is an independent law firm that, although small in size, address the needs of large clients and tackle complex cases. Our lawyers have experience from the Disciplinary Board of the Swedish Bar Association, the Disciplinary Board of Public Accountants and the Press Council (now the Media Council).

Our focus is general business law. We specialize in insolvency law and corporate restructuring. We also assist clients in matters including corporate law, commercial agreements and other assignments in those areas. We have been involved in several of the largest and most high-profile bankruptcies in Sweden.
